We have an opening for a
Federal Service Manager
This position will be responsible to lead and oversee the delivery of services to specified clients and organizations. As such this position is responsible for establishing and communicating clear expectations on the roles and responsibilities the Mountain Pacific team has to the client of the services Mountain Pacific will provide; ensures client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position will supervise Regional Supervisors, Quality Improvement Advisors, and/or Quality Improvement Assistants depending on volume of work. This position is responsible for meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.
The Federal Service Manager will partner closely with Federal stakeholders to ensure strong performance and alignment of federally funded programs across the Mountain Pacific region. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring proven expertise in project management, sales and marketing, and a comprehensive understanding of federal contracts, regulations, and guidelines. As a manager this position oversees day-to-day functions and operations ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives and execution of the departmental goals and service delivery.
The Federal Service Manager is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in leadership experience and three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in healthcare, clinic setting, nursing home, or hospital. A bachelor's degree is preferred. This position requires local travel up to 30-60%. The target compensation for this position is $102,000 - $136,000 a year.
