Level of Impairment (LOI) Reviewer - Remote
(30 hours per week)
The Full-time, 30 hours per week, remote LOI Reviewer will be responsible for evaluating individual’s Level of Impairment for the Medicaid Severe Disabling Mental Illness (SDMI) waiver program. The successful candidate will provide ongoing communication with waiver case management teams regarding referral information, waiver providers, mental health and medical professionals, SDMI waiver candidates and their families. Documentation via the LOI assessment form is completed in a professional and timely manner according to set policies and procedures.
This position requires a current valid driver’s license, reliable home internet, and a current Montana LCPC or LCSW license. A minimum of 4 year of experience with Montana home care services is preferred. This position requires travel by personal car to locations throughout Montana to include but not limited to: Lewis & Clark, Powell, Jefferson, Broadwater, Madison, Beaverhead, Silver Bow, and Deer Lodge counties.
At Mountain Pacific we offer a robust benefits package. This position is a Full-time, 30 hours per week, remote position in Montana. The target compensation for this position is $54,600 to $64,700 a year.
